Deposit and Refund Policy

Deposit Terms

All service deposits are non-refundable
Deposits secure your scheduled service appointment
Notification of a change in service date needs at least 7 days prior notice.
100% of deposit can be applied as a credit towards future services up to one year of initial booking date.

Credit Policy

Deposit credits are valid for 12 months from original booking date
Credits can be used for any service offered by Darryl’s Basement Cleaners
Credits are transferable to another service appointment
No cash value will be issued for deposits

Cancellation Guidelines

Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before scheduled service
Deposits can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is provided
Less than 7 days’ notice may result in forfeiture of deposit

Exceptions

Extreme circumstances (medical emergencies, severe weather) will be evaluated case-by-case
Management reserves the right to make final determination on deposit credits
