How Our Deep Cleaning Services Work
Our deep cleaning service is a comprehensive, top-to-bottom clean designed to restore neglected or contaminated spaces. We remove dust, dirt, cobwebs, and droppings, and clean every exposed surface — including rafters, corners, ledges, ceilings, walls, and floors. We use specialized tools and high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) filtration equipment to ensure a thorough job. We also disinfect accessible surfaces like utilities, pipes, ductwork, shelving, and personal items, leaving your space safe, fresh, and ready for use.
1. Prepare the Space
To properly access all surfaces — including ceilings, walls, and floors — we begin by moving items around or out of the room as needed. This step ensures we can clean every corner effectively.
2. Decluttering
Clear out unnecessary items. We work with you to sort through belongings, keeping what matters most and responsibly removing or donating what no longer serves you.
3. Dry-Style Dirt Removal
Using specialized tools and industrial-grade HEPA vacuums, we remove dust, dirt, spiderwebs, and droppings from accessible surfaces. This includes ceiling joists, pipes, beams, tanks, walls, stairs, windows, doors, shelving, and flooring.
4. Disinfect & Deodorize*
Next, we wipe down and disinfect accessible utilities and surfaces — including pipes, ductwork, shelving, tanks, fixtures, stairs, doors, and even the exterior of boxes or large personal items — to neutralize odors and leave your space feeling fresh.
5. Reset the Space
Once cleaning is complete, we move your items back into the room and/or reposition them as needed. Only the items you’ve chosen to keep are returned to the space.
6. Organize
Arrange your items in a clean, functional, and aesthetically pleasing way. We focus on placement, usability, and balance to bring clarity and peace of mind to your space.
*In the disinfectant wipe down, we do not clean individual large quantity of small items such as large quantity of glassware, plates, utensils or any large quantity of small items that may be time consuming. We also don’t remove items from boxes and individually disinfect them.
