How long does the cleaning take?
The duration depends on the number of service selected. On average, our cleanings take between 4 to 7 hours.
Do you offer a maintenance plan?
Yes! After your full-service cleaning, we can set up semi-annual or annual maintenance cleanings. These are designed to maintain the space. Plus, when you enroll in our maintenance program, you’ll receive exclusive discounts on our other services.
Are you insured?
Absolutely — we are fully insured.
Do I need to be present during the cleaning?
Not at all. As long as we have access to the space, you’re free to go about your day. We just ask that you provide clear instructions on what needs to be cleaned and arrange payment in advance. Once we’re done, we’ll send you photos of the completed work and follow up.
Do you use non-harmful cleaning products?
Yes, we use products that are safe for the environment. If you or someone in your household has allergies or specific preferences, we also offer organic-based alternatives for a small additional fee.
Do you clean up mouse droppings?
Yes, we do. We’ll remove droppings and disinfect the area to ensure it’s clean and safe.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept:

*Please note: Some electronic or card transactions may include a convenience fee of 1.5% to 3.5%.
When is payment due?
Full payment or any remaining balance is due at the end of service.

We proudly serve all of Connecticut, as well as parts of New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine.
